Villa of disappointment Positive: Space was big Negative: Bathroom cement flooring. Dorm like beds on the floor. Access to villa only given 1 hour after check in time. Guests had to wait outside. Very disappointing host.

Positive: Kediaman yg benar² selesa bagi yg mempunyai keluarga yg besar Negative: Hanya terdapat 2 bilik sahaja. Terpaksa berkongsi dan tiada privasi

名宿11点-7点不准喧哗，那区的居民很早就休息，如发现这段时间还很吵，会扣deposit。总之要租来做派对的话能接受到deposit被扣完你才租，不然你会租到提心吊胆 Positive: 如果是普通入住是挺推荐的 三层楼价格算是合理，如果是开派对千万不可以租。原本deposit是rm250，入住当天说开派对需要给RM500deposit，开派对没有通知扣RM300，被抓到抽烟扣RM300，派对要装饰不能粘墙壁要罚款，罚多少就不懂，tnc是写欢迎布置，可是交谈中是被限制布置的。里面也没有东西可以綁着装饰品又不可以粘墙，我也很blur，很怕不小心deposit就被扣完。屋主说开派对有额外费用，但她没有多charge我（我当天入住当天退房，主要是帮家人庆生，一样住Klang，可能这样她就没有charge我吧） Negative: 厨房在三楼，烧烤在三楼，二楼是睡房，桌球音响沙发在第一楼😆在客厅想要喝杯冷水需要爬两层。 临退房时我们都把食物渣收拾干净，桌上也收拾，要洗的碗碟也整齐放在洗碗槽，就有一部分球带不走，时间也接近凌晨12点也不能弄破（吹气球过程有破回音很大）就把带不走的气球收集在一旁然后告知屋主。屋主说派对的布置没有清理干净要扣deposit，我说食物我们也帮您收拾，就不能通融吗？她说我没有叫你们收拾食物。。。哈哈 想尽办法扣deposit就对了，隔天发一个碗过来说是我弄脏的，要charge我 RM15🤣那个碗很明显是被人家拿来放烟头，tnc只有不遵守就被扣过百的，我们退房前都会主动收拾和通知，请问有可能去破坏她的碗吗？很庆幸的是我有提早把三层楼的墙壁上之前的人布置后留下的痕迹先拍起来，不然分分钟抵押金500都不够扣。

Need to better up for comfortable and convenient stay Positive: It was good with things provided wise Negative: The setup of the house. The kitchen is in 3rd floor. When we want to cook we have to bring things all the way to third floor to cook. Just think if we bring bbq and how is it going to be. When we forgot things how will it be. Another thing, the lighting was so dim that we can’t take a good picture.
