Nice gathering spot for a group of students or friends with car Positive: pool table, bbq grill and karaoke system are provided which meet our expectations and preferences. The room and area are spacious. Aircond is functionign well and comfortable. During night time no weird sounds or any disturbance while sleeping. Negative: As soon as I stepped in, the whole house was filled with an unpleasant mix of sweat, smelly feet, and a moldy odor. Then we opened all the windows, the smell disappeared after half and hour more. The kitchen cutleries are so limited... Don't even have scissors and knifes are not sharp at alll.....

Villa of disappointment Positive: Space was big Negative: Bathroom cement flooring. Dorm like beds on the floor. Access to villa only given 1 hour after check in time. Guests had to wait outside. Very disappointing host.
